HELIO GROWTH Book the call

Here are the receipts.

Real invoices, real booked surveys, real messages from the people we work with — not a stock-photo pipeline. This is what “proven” looks like when someone actually shows you. Read them, then book the call.

One job. One stranger. One day. He searched, clicked the ad and filled in the form. Surveyed and sold the same day. — Drake Boilers, London, named with permission.

Real enquiries, real records

What it actually looks like, day to day.

Some of the results from the heating firms we’ve worked with in 2026. It’s the same machine we’d build for a windows, doors or roofing firm: a cold Google search turned into a booked, attended survey, fast. Tap any receipt to see it larger.

What you get

What lands on your phone, and the report you get each week.

Helio enquiry card showing service type, urgency, homeowner status and GDPR consent
What lands on your phone Service, urgency, homeowner or landlord, and the consent basis, qualified before anyone rings.
Weekly performance report sent to a client
The weekly report One page in plain English on the jobs, the money and what changed, without impressions or dashboards.

Homeowners’ surnames, phone numbers, emails and addresses have been removed or blacked out, and quotes show the totals only, never line-by-line pricing. Homeowners never consented to appear here and never will. The jobs are real, the people stay private.

In their own words

The homeowners on the other end.

★★★★★
“I can’t recommend [them] highly enough. [He] arrived to give me a quote 15 minutes after our initial phone call and my new boiler was installed a few days later. He and his colleague were punctual, respectful and tidy. I will definitely be using them again.”
Joanne T. · verified public Google review of our client

The “15 minutes after the call” is the mechanism. This was the first booked job the system produced.

★★★★★
“Oliver and Luke arrived at 8am and started work to replace our 15 year old boiler. Even though it was a long day, they were really thorough and respectful of our home. Very friendly service, definitely recommended.”

The human end of the £6,108 above — a real, active Google account, not a throwaway.

Every job, invoice and message on this site is real, and every one is ours. What we won’t do is put a revenue figure in front of you before we’ve seen your pipeline — anyone who does is guessing. Ask us anything about the record and you’ll get a straight answer.

Excited to speak to you about your growth.

Book a call below to see if you’re a fit.

By continuing you agree to our terms and to be contacted about your enquiry. See our privacy notice.

Before you book

The six things owners ask us.

What is Lost Enquiry Recovery?

It isn’t a strategy document. It’s us working your pipeline.

It runs 30 days.

Week one is the data. Every enquiry you’ve ever taken comes into one place — the spreadsheet, the inbox, the notebook, the CRM nobody finished setting up. We dedupe it, strip dead numbers, verify what’s contactable and hand back one clean file. Yours to keep whatever happens next.

Then we work it. Every reachable enquiry goes through the full sequence, one at a time, in a human order — not a blast. The ones who went cold because nobody rang them back get rung back. Most firms have more money in that list than they’d guess, and nobody has the hours to work it properly.

At the same time, the rail goes live on new enquiries. Every one gets an answer inside sixty seconds, day or night, and is chased until you have a yes or a no. That starts the week we start, so the leak stops while we recover the backlog.

You get three short calls — day 7, day 14, day 30 — and a record you can see any time. No monthly report full of impressions.

What do I walk away with?

Four things, all of them checkable at day 30, and all of them yours either way.

One. Your enquiry data back clean, in one file — deduped, dead numbers stripped, contactable verified. Even if you never speak to us again, you own that.

Two. Every reachable enquiry worked through the full sequence, one at a time, with the outcome logged against each name.

Three. Every new enquiry answered inside sixty seconds, live, for the whole 30 days.

Four. Every touch tracked and the record handed over — so you can see what was said to whom and what came back.

Miss any one and you don’t pay. What we won’t promise is a revenue figure, because your sales cycle is months long and anyone guaranteeing a number before they’ve seen your pipeline is guessing.

Is this right for my size and my trade?

Trade. Windows, doors and roofing. Established installers doing high-value domestic work. We came out of heating, the machine is the same, and the front door — homeowners searching on Google — is identical.

Size. There’s no revenue number you have to hit. What matters is that the maths works — a job worth comfortably more than it costs to win one. We’ll work it out with you on the call, in your numbers, and tell you straight if it doesn’t stack up.

Capacity is the one most people skip. If your jobs doubled next month, could you fit them? If not, more booked surveys makes your life worse, not better. We ask early and we mean it.

Not for you if you’re a startup, a one-person outfit, or your plan is to be the cheapest quote in the postcode. The system works by getting to good homeowners first and looking like the safe choice — not the cheap one.

One company per area. If yours is taken we’ll tell you on the call rather than waste your time.

What does Lost Enquiry Recovery cost?

£2,500, one off. You’re not invoiced until day 30, and only if all four deliverables have landed. Nothing up front — we carry the work for the month, and if we don’t deliver, you don’t pay.

It’s credited in full against whatever you do next, so starting here costs you nothing extra.

Ad spend is separate and stays yours. You own the Google account, set the budget, pay Google directly. We never touch your money, and if we part ways the account stays with you.

Is this always the right place to start?

No, and it’s worth saying so plainly.

Lost Enquiry Recovery only makes sense if there’s a backlog worth recovering — old enquiries sitting in a spreadsheet, an inbox or a CRM nobody finished setting up. If you haven’t got that, there’s nothing to recover and we’d be charging you to prove a point.

If that’s you, we skip it and talk about running the whole thing properly from the start instead. Same machine, different entry point.

Which one you are takes about four minutes to work out, and we’ll tell you on the call — including if the answer is neither.

How long is the commitment, and how are payments structured?

It commits you to nothing. Thirty days, one invoice at the end, and you can walk away having kept your cleaned data and the whole record.

If you carry on, there are two ways. Month to month, which carries a setup fee and lets you cancel whenever you like. Or a twelve-month term, where we drop the setup fee entirely.

Yes — that means the longer commitment is the cheaper one. That’s backwards from how most people sell it, and it’s deliberate.

Both are billed monthly, in arrears, with ad spend paid direct to Google and never through us. You’ll get exact numbers on the call before anything is signed — no surprise pricing, no pressure.

Ready when you are.

Fifteen minutes. We’ll tell you straight whether we can help.
