1. Who we are

This website is operated by Helio Growth Limited.

2. What these terms cover — and what they don’t

These terms govern your use of heliohq.co.uk and any call you book through it. By using the site or booking a call, you accept them. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.

3. Using this site

You may read this site and use it to contact us. You may not misuse it — no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping or automated harvesting, no interference with how it runs, and nothing unlawful.

This site is aimed at UK businesses. It is not aimed at consumers or at anyone under 18.

4. Booking a call

• Booking a call is free and creates no contract. Nothing is owed by either side and either of us can cancel or reschedule.
• We work with one company per area. If your area is taken, or we don’t think we can help you, we will say so — on the call or before it.
• We may decline to work with anyone, and we don’t have to give a reason.
• Please give accurate details. We use them to work out whether we’re a fit before we take up your time.

5. The proof shown on this site

We take this seriously, so we’ll be exact about it.

• Every invoice, message, review and figure shown is real, from work we actually did, published with the relevant client’s permission.
• Homeowners’ personal details — surnames, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses and profile photographs — have been removed or obscured. First names alone are retained. Homeowners have not consented to appear here and are not identified.
• Public reviews are quoted verbatim and are not edited to change their meaning. Reviewers are shown by first name and initial.
• These are results achieved for particular clients in particular circumstances. They are examples of what the system has done, not a forecast of what it will do for you. Your results depend on your market, your pricing, your capacity and how you handle the work we send you.

6. No advice

Everything here is general information about our service. It isn’t legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and you shouldn’t rely on it as a substitute for advice about your own business.

7. Our content

The content of this site — text, design, graphics, the Helio Growth name and logo, and the names of our methods and deliverables — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.

Client names, logos and reviews shown here remain the property of those clients and reviewers.

8. Other people’s services and links

Booking runs through Calendly and this site is hosted on Netlify. When you book, your details are handled by Calendly under their own terms and privacy policy. We may also link to other websites. We don’t control third-party services or sites and we’re not responsible for their content.

9. Availability

We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and because this site is provided to you as a business:

• We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site;
• We are not liable for any decision you take in reliance on information published here, as opposed to terms agreed in writing between us;
• Our total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to £100.

Liability under a signed Services Agreement is dealt with in that agreement, not here.

11. Your personal data

How we collect and use personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the “last updated” date above tells you when it changed.

13. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
